They can do without the rubber feet often built into plastic bowls, as their weight and contents already ensure a secure connection to the worktop.

Ideally, the contents can be poured directly from the bowl into a mold, pan, etc., without using a ladle or other cooking accessories. Light soiling can be removed quickly under hot water. Since a stainless steel mixing bowl does not rust, it can also be put in the dishwasher – especially if it is very dirty.
